Our story began in 1998 in Irving New York. Established on the Seneca Nation Indian Territory, our business was built in the tobacco industry and within four years were shipping to over 80,000 customer a month. For the next seven years, we continued to operate our own business servicing multiple companies, both B2B and B2C as well as handling the operations for a catalogue and e-commerce retailer.
As a result of that experience, we have dreamed of and designed an operational platform that provides us with the tools to address all the opportunities we faced and more. Constantly challenged to respond to external and uncontrollable influences, we needed a technology system that was agile and quick to implement.
